Stacey Penner

Hi, This is what you should know about me and what’s led to my successes and achievements in no particular order:

-2 time national university volleyball champion

-18 year educator ranging all grades from Kindergarten through to Grade 5. I embrace change and eventually will be seeking a grade 8-9 position, as stated within my five year plan.

-I’m highly competitive and an extremely efficient worker, my time is valuable between my full time job, wife and mother to a family with three busy children, as well, part time volunteer coach.

-My athletic background has provided me the foundational tools needed in order to be successful, driven, team oriented, goal focused, and live a healthy attitude towards life and work.

-My profession has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills including flexibility, adaptability, quick thinking, advanced processing and decision making, and above all else I know how to guide, manage, and influence people in the most positive way. I know how to avoid unnecessary confrontation but handle it with grace and charm when it arises.

-Further skills: Word/typing, editing, ai use, Canva, PowerPoint, researching, report and document creation, coaching/reflecting upon improvement, detailed event planning

-Project manager: Maamawi Park, Dauphin Manitoba. Leading a volunteer group who works together to acquire funds in order to build this park in the name of Reconciliation with Indigenous partners. Particular focus is the goal of brining ‘community together’.

-Volunteer Project Manager: Dauphin Manitoba Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign using strategies and tactics that led to number one sales of smile cookies all across Canada in 2024. This was done in the name of raising funds to build local playgrounds and parks.

-There’s a reason (former) teachers are considered the most employable candidates. Our skillet is massive, diverse, and we’ve studied learning. We know how to do it quickly and well, ready to please employers.
