I’m an experienced operations professional with 10+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, progressing from Dispatcher to Transportation Manager and leading teams of 40+ employees.

My strength is taking busy, complicated operations and making them more organized, efficient, and easier to manage. I have extensive experience with workflow improvement, scheduling and coordination, documentation, customer and stakeholder communication, problem-solving, data tracking, team training, and day-to-day administrative operations.

Throughout my career, I’ve created and improved processes, developed training manuals and operational documentation, coordinated time-sensitive work across multiple parties, managed changing priorities, and identified workflow improvements that produced significant operational efficiencies.

I’m also the founder of a Canadian e-commerce business, giving me hands-on experience with Shopify, product management, customer experience, website content, basic SEO, digital marketing, Canva, CapCut, and the many administrative tasks involved in running an online business.
