Senior IT program, project, and PMO delivery lead with 20+ years directing large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors — including healthcare, natural resources, public safety, and transit.

I lead complex, multi-vendor delivery end to end: governance and controls, risk management, delivery health checks, program and project recovery, schedule/cost/scope control, and executive reporting — within hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments. I have directed portfolios and programs with budgets up to $50M and mentored cross-functional teams of designers, developers, QA, and analysts.

• Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) — Senior Project Manager, Open Science & Data Platform: multi-year program, hybrid Agile-Scrum/Waterfall delivery, cross-departmental stakeholder engagement, KPI-driven decisions.

• OC Transpo (City of Ottawa) — Project Manager, Technology Systems & Control: COTS/SaaS modernization portfolio with content-publishing governance and AODA/WCAG 2.1 compliance.

Credentials: PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM®, MEBT, MBA. Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance. Based in Ottawa, available across Canada and remote.

What I take on: PMO design and delivery, program/project recovery and delivery assurance, ERP and technology implementations, cloud migrations, and governance/reporting uplift.
