This ability comes from a non-traditional background—I don’t have a computer science degree, but I’ve successfully led the delivery of deeply technical platforms by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and keeping outcomes front and center.

I’ve led initiatives ranging from AI-driven contract analysis and decision-support tools, to data and analytics platforms, to enterprise-scale digital transformations involving complex stakeholder groups, regulatory constraints, and fixed delivery timelines. These projects have reduced operational friction, accelerated decision-making, and helped organizations focus effort where it creates the most value.

I’m particularly drawn to projects that are messy at the start—where the problem isn’t fully defined, the stakes are high, and multiple perspectives need to be aligned.
