I support organizations to help them improve their ways of working and develop their capacity to react and adapt to the complexity of their field of business or their environment.

I use a holistic approach (systemic and organic vision) which consists in taking into account the whole ecosystem (Business, IT, etc.) in its context, identifying what we want to improve, understanding the present, considering the future, identifying needs and taking action (experimentation, learning, adjustment).

I work at the individual and collective level, both at strategic (i.e. leadership) and tactical level (i.e. implementation teams).
