With more than 4 years of experience both in consultancy (big 4) and banking in financial crime and compliance I can help to strengthen your AML policies and procedures, identify the potential gaps and provide remediation actions.

As a part of AML transformation team for largest financial institutions, I have experience and knowledge your team needs to transform your AML, sanction and risk management to the next level based on local and international best practices.

Additionally, my analytical skills can improve to assess your AML transactions monitoring system effectiveness and provide recommendations for reducing false alerts, increasing the alert to suspicious activity report (SAR) ratio and thus avoiding to have huge backlogs.
