I help organizations deliver on what matters. Whether that means recovering a stalled program, building a PMO from the ground up, guiding a leadership team through a complex transformation, or helping people work better alongside AI. I bring 25+ years of enterprise delivery experience and a genuine commitment to leaving things better than I found them.

My practice spans three connected areas. The first is program and PMO governance: I design, build, and transform Project Management Offices that drive real accountability, selecting the right delivery approach (agile, hybrid, or predictive) based on what the program actually needs, not what is trending. I have governed programs of 30+ concurrent project streams and recovered programs that had escalated to executive attention, turning red to green by stabilizing governance, re-engaging stakeholders, and restoring delivery confidence.

The second is change management and facilitation. I hold an IBM Certified Facilitator credential at the Thought Leader mastery level and an M.Ed in Adult Teaching and Training from the University of Ottawa, which means I bring rigour and structure to workshops, strategy sessions, and enterprise-wide change programs, not just energy. Across 600+ senior consultants, leaders, and executives, I have consistently achieved a 96% facilitation NPS.

The third is AI in delivery. I have driven GenAI adoption to 75% daily usage across a 110+ member consulting practice, integrated AI tools into project management curricula, resulting in a 55% increase in AI adoption among participants, and contributed to the PMI AI Project Management Standard as a Senior Consultant on the PMI Standards Consensus Committee. I know how to move organizations from AI curiosity to operational confidence.

What makes this work distinctive is the combination. Most engagements need a senior practitioner who can hold the governance, facilitate the humans, and know enough about the tooling to make smart decisions, all at once. That is what I do.
