As a developer analyst, my focus is to analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies with the aim to design, develop, maintain, and test software applications that reduce or eliminate redundancies. I've worked in various industries / sectors including banking, health, education, employee transportation, non-profit and travel. A few notable accomplishments include:

1. Creating an end-to-end data integration process and software solution that connected company website to system booking software and work ticket assignment application to eliminate the need to manual entry, and providing automatic quoting.

2. Building a custom internal banking application system for credit card, and various loans to streamline application queues to reduce application processing time by at least 40%.

3. Introduced special interest groups programming sessions and participated in hands on training sessions for non-profits to provide mentorship and experience to youth interesting in STEM.
