Risako Saiho

I’m a Junior UI/UX Designer and former Front-end Web & Mobile Application Developer from Japan, currently based in Vancouver, Canada.

I’m a native Japanese speaker and comfortable working in English. I have 6 years of professional experience in Japan, working as a System Engineer at a bank and specializing in front-end development for web and mobile applications. This background has given me a strong understanding of both technical implementation and user needs.

Since April 2025, I have been studying UI/UX Design at CCTB (Canadian College of Technology and Business) in Vancouver, developing my skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interactive design.

With both development and design experience, I can understand a project from a technical perspective while focusing on creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences. I’m open to projects involving UI/UX design, web and mobile design, data entry, translation, and other digital tasks where my technical and language skills can add value.
