• Market-First Digital Adoption: At CIBC, I launched Future-Dated and Recurring e-Transfer, making it the first among the Big Five banks to introduce this feature and reducing client initiation time by 20%. Most recently at PRESTO Payments, I championed client adoption of strategies to scale digital transit loyalty programs across the GTAA.

• Modernization & Optimization: I managed the operational readiness transition from LVTS to Lynx, orchestrating process improvements and risk mitigations across 12+ risk teams to ensure the successful adoption of Canada’s high-value payment system. Additionally, I spearheaded a 5-year retail banking wire payment strategy to increase straight-through processing (STP) by 15% and cut client wait times by 67%. I also led a $15M data migration project for Interac e-Transfer’s API upgrade, positioning the platform for future RTR integration and ISO 20022 compliance.
