# 👋 Namaste World, I'm Pema Riczin

### UX / Product Designer • Design Technologist • Front-End Developer • AI Explorer

I’m a UX / Product Designer and Design Technologist focused on creating human-centered digital products and technology solutions for social impact.

My primary interest is working with nonprofits, NGOs, charities, community organizations, and mission-driven teams to design better ways for people to access services, connect with communities, participate, contribute, and create measurable impact.

I work across the full product journey:

**Research → Define → Ideate → Design → Prototype → Build → Test → Improve → Deploy**

I enjoy combining **UX research, design thinking, product strategy, front-end development, AI, APIs, data, and emerging technologies** to turn complex problems into useful digital experiences.

## 🌍 My Focus

**Social Impact • Nonprofit Technology • NGO Digital Transformation • Human-Centered Design**

I’m particularly interested in building solutions for:

* Nonprofits, NGOs, and charities

* Community development and engagement

* Education and learning

* Healthcare and public-service access

* Conservation and environmental initiatives

* Humanitarian and disaster-response systems

* Volunteer and donor engagement

* Social enterprises and ethical tourism

* AI-powered tools for mission-driven organizations

* Data, dashboards, mapping, and impact measurement

My goal is to use technology **with purpose**—supporting organizations and communities rather than building technology for technology’s sake.

## 🤝 Collaboration

I’m especially interested in collaborating with nonprofits, NGOs, charities, social enterprises, community organizations, designers, developers, researchers, and mission-driven teams.

I’m drawn to projects that can contribute to:

**Better Access • Stronger Communities • Better Services • Greater Participation • Measurable Impact
