I am an experienced client service and operations professional with over 20 years of experience spanning real estate, bookkeeping, and small business support. I specialize in helping businesses stay organized, efficient, and financially on track.
As a licensed Realtor, I manage complex transactions, contracts, client communications, and timelines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This work has strengthened my ability to multitask, problem-solve, negotiate, and communicate clearly with a wide range of clients.
In addition, I bring over 10 years of experience providing bookkeeping services to small businesses and community organizations. My work includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll, GST, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting using tools such as Sage and Wave.
I also have prior experience in property management, where I oversaw a large portfolio of residential properties, coordinated maintenance, and supported both tenants and owners. This background gives me a strong understanding of operations, scheduling, and service coordination.
Earlier in my career, I worked in banking at TD Canada Trust and in scientific data management with Parks Canada, where I built and maintained large-scale databases - further strengthening my analytical and systems-thinking approach.
I am highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and keep things running smoothly.
