I manage IT general control ICFR and SOX audits across financial services, software, payments, and retail, including Sheltered Harbor certification work for one of Canada’s largest banks. I've designed audit tests for automated processes — payment APIs, ERP order and inventory, blockchain transactions — and advises on control process improvements and SOC 1/SOC 2 readiness.
