I’m an experienced operations and people leader with 15+ years of experience managing high-volume, multi-department businesses, leading teams, developing managers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In my current role, I help oversee a million-dollar entertainment venue, leading a management team of 14 alongside approximately 80 hourly employees. My experience spans operations management, team leadership, hiring and onboarding, training and development, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, customer experience, event management, and conflict resolution.

I’m particularly good at bringing structure to busy environments. Whether you need help creating SOPs, improving team processes, developing training materials, organizing operations, supporting hiring and onboarding, or simply having an experienced operator take something off your plate, I can jump in and get things moving.

I bring a practical, people-first approach to every project. I’m comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, solving problems, and communicating with everyone from frontline employees to senior leadership.
