I’m an HR and talent professional with 18+ years of experience helping organizations find great people, improve their hiring processes, and create better employee experiences.

My background is primarily in Talent Acquisition, but my work has always been much broader than recruitment. I’m especially good at taking something messy or unclear and turning it into a practical, professional process that actually works.
