Heitech Software Solutions (HeitechSoft) is a fast-growing AI, software development, and digital transformation firm helping organizations modernize their operations and gain competitive advantage through intelligent automation and custom-built technology.

We are seeking a sharp, consultative AI Solutions Consultant to support our business development efforts by engaging deeply with prospects, evaluating their technical and operational environments, and shaping high-value AI and software solutions. This is a hybrid role bridging strategy, technology, and pre-sales.

If you understand how businesses operate, how software is built, and how AI can be practically applied to improve performance, this role puts you at the center of every major deal at HeitechSoft.

Client Discovery & Solution Design

• Participate in early-stage client conversations with the Business Development Manager to uncover needs, challenges, and inefficiencies.

• Conduct deep-dive discussions into business workflows, processes, tech stacks, data usage, and internal constraints.

• Identify opportunities where Generative AI, Machine Learning, automation, or software modernization can deliver measurable value.

• Translate business pain points into clear solution recommendations, including functional requirements and high-level architectures.

Proposal, Estimation, & Pre-Sales Support

• Assist in developing proposals, estimates, statements of work, and solution briefs.

• Work with internal teams to validate technical feasibility, timelines, and scope.

• Participate in client presentations, demos, and workshops.

• Ensure proposals align with HeitechSoft’s service capabilities and long-term client outcomes.

Technical & Strategic Advisory

• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive offerings.

• Advise clients on adoption roadmaps, technical modernization, and best practices.

• Evaluate business functions at a strategic level and recommend software and AI solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with business development, engineering, and leadership to shape solution strategy.

• Support project handoff to delivery teams with clear requirements and context.

• Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, playbooks, and consultative methodologies.
